1. RESERVATIONS: Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a paid deposit and agreement on the following terms and conditions. Client is responsible for his/her guests.
  2. DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $100 + tax will be collected when a reservation is made. This deposit will hold the requested date for service. The deposit is also used as a damage deposit until the service has been completed. The deposit will be returned to the party from whom it was issued, unless a portion or all of the deposit is retained for damages or violation of these terms and conditions.
  3. MINIMUM HOURS: A two hour minimum applies on all reservations with the exception of Saturdays in which a three hour minimum applies, or in the case of special arrangements.
  4. CANCELLATION POLICY: The initial $100 deposit is non refundable. Prior to 30 days of service date a full refund of any additional payment will be made. Less than 30 days prior to reservation no refund will be issued.
  5. CAPACITY: Our limousine capacity is based on average size people. In the instance where you may have larger people in your party, numbers may need to compensate for room.
  6. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY: You accept the total responsibility for yourself and fellow passengers during this reservation and agree to compensate DubBus Limousine Company for any damages or additional time in full. This is included but not limited to; gum or beverage spillage, smoking, vomiting, breaking of glass, lights, stereo, damage to upholstery, vandalism or other damage to the vehicle. In such an event DubBus Limousine Company will provide an itemized invoice describing in detail each expense and the cost associated with such additional charges.
  7. ILLICIT DRUGS: No possession sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of services and forfeit of all paid deposits and fees for service.
  8. SMOKING: There is a no smoking policy inside the vehicle.
  9. ALCOHOL: It is legal to have alcohol inside the limousine. Should any person of legal drinking age bring alcohol into the limousine, be advised that individuals are liable for themselves in the event law enforcement officials stop the limousine.  Minors, regardless of parental consent, shall not be allowed to bring or consume alcohol in or around the limousine.
  10. PAYMENT: Full payment is due either before or on the day of the service. Payment can be made in cash, credit card or Pay Pal. It is your responsibility to make proper payment on time; a late service charge may be applied.
  11. VOMITING: Should anyone in your party vomit inside or on the outside of the limousine, DubBus Limousine Company shall collect an additional $300.00 for cleaning and fumigation purposes.
  12. PERSONAL ITEMS: DubBus Limousine Company does not take responsibility for any personal items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the service period.
  13. CLIENT SAFETY: Client or anyone travelling in the limousine shall remain inside of the passenger cabin at all times while the vehicle is in motion and shall not stand or hang out of the sunroof or windows. DubBus Limousine Company will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to horseplay while the vehicle is in motion, at a standstill or entering and exiting vehicle. Client is responsible for their behaviour, actions and damages caused by any guests or individuals they permit to join in using the limousine service
  14. UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES: DubBus Limousine Company shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pick up and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control.
  15. TERMINATION OF SERVICE: DubBus Limousine Company may terminate the balance of any service that may cause damage to the limousine or passengers or any violation of this agreement. There is no refund due for any terminated service.
